Google’s Generative AI report in Search Console appears to be rolling out globally. This report launched in june, giving property owners visibility into which pages on their site are generating impressions specifically within Google’s generative AI features.
As of today, opening Search Console brings up a pop-up pointing directly to this report. It reads: “Get more detail on your site’s performance in the generative AI features on Google Search,” with an “Open report” button that redirects to the new Generative AI report.
Here is a screenshot of the pop-up, along with how the new report looks.

This is the first time we’ve seen this pop-up appear, suggesting Google may be pushing wider awareness of the report now that it’s expanding to more users globally.
Right now, the report only shows impressions no click data yet. That limits how useful it is at this stage, since impressions alone don’t tell site owners much about actual traffic or engagement coming from generative AI features. Clicks would make this report significantly more valuable, and it’s reasonable to expect Google will add that data down the line.
