Google is testing sitelinks appearing in ads in AI Mode. This is the first time we’ve seen this style of ad the links aren’t clickable, but they appear alongside the ad in a format similar to traditional sitelinks, which is why we’re referring to them as such.

This is part of a broader trend we’ve been tracking Google has been testing several different ad variations within AI Mode recently, and this appears to be the latest addition to that list.
My guess is that these sitelinks are non-clickable simply because this is still an early-stage test. It wouldn’t be surprising if Google eventually makes them clickable down the line, once the format is further along.
